This is so simple to make that you'll start making your own impressions on it as soon as you master the first one! It's a dessert that can be served either hot or cold and you probably already have all of the staples within your kitchen arena. So lets get started.....

the goods:

3 Large eggs

1.5 cups of Organic milk

1/2 cup of Agave Syrup

1/2 tsp of Vanilla bean seeds

1/2 cup of blueberries

3 tbl of sugar

2 tbl of water

Sprinkle of salt

the lowdown:

Preheat the oven to 375. Combine the eggs, milk, 1/4 cup of agave and vanilla. Beat until completely mixed but not foamy. Mix in the rest of the agave in a samll bowl and set aside. Now prepare four 6 ounce custard cups in a baking dish. Spoon about a tbl of the agave mixture into the cups to coat. Then, place 1/4 cup of the egg mixture into each cup. Pour an inch worth of boiling water into the baking dish surrounding the cups. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Now as you wait for your beauties to come out of the oven make the blueberry reduction. Place blueberries, sugar and water in a saucepan and cook until the blueberries burst and turn into a syrupy consistensy about 5-10 minutes.

Now take the flan out of the oven and let cool slightly before you devour it! Loosen edges with a knife and invert onto a plate. Finally pour the blueberry reduction over the flan and EAT!!!!! Smacznego :)
